At IbizaFinalBoss Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the nature of print-on-demand products, there are some specific conditions for refunds and returns. Below are the details of our policy in line with UK consumer law:
 

1. Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless:

• The item is faulty or damaged.

• The item is not as described or incorrect.

We strongly recommend checking sizing and product details before placing your order, as print-on-demand products are specifically made for you.
 

2. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will:

• Offer a full refund or exchange.

• Cover the cost of return shipping if the item is faulty or incorrect.

Please include photographs of the faulty or incorrect item to assist with the process.
 

3. Cancellation of Orders

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. However, due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has started.

If you wish to cancel your order before production begins, please contact us immediately. Once the product is in production, we can no longer accept cancellations.
 

4. Non-returnable Items

Due to the made-to-order nature of our print-on-demand products, the following cannot be returned unless faulty:

• Customised or personalised products

• Items with specific design choices (e.g., selected colours or text)

• Any items not in their original, unused condition
   

5. Refund Process

If an item is eligible for a return, please follow these steps:

• Contact Us within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Once we receive the returned item, we will issue a refund or exchange, depending on your preference.

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned product.

6. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a fault or error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. If you change your mind or order incorrectly, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
